Job Description The Position: To manage the activities of the ‘reception’ for Al Maha Resort, and co-ordinate the activities of the Guest Relations staff in their duties of being the primary link between all visitors and guests and the functional operations of the Resort. To maintain procedures amongst the staff which produce consistent, high levels of guest comfort and satisfaction through provision of services which maximise the facilities, activities, and services offered by the Resort.

Desired Candidate’s Profile
Profile Experience and Qualifications:
- 12 Years schooling or equivalent
- Experience of the procedures, standards and operation of Public Relations or the Front office environment.
- At least 3 years in a position as a company PRO or a sales position with a hotel/resort.
- Experience in a similar resort would be a strong recommendation.
- The candidate should be single, or if married, without child dependants.
- Partner should have qualifications in an area of the hospitality industry which would make them eligible for a position on the staff.
- Customer Service. Customer Relations 3+ Years
