Corporate Communications Manager

On behalf of an International Company for Water and Power Projects, we are seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to be based in their Riyadh head office. Reporting to the VP Corporate Services, you will be responsible to establish and enhance the understanding and appreciation of the business of the company via focused marketing communication programs.
Key Accountabilities as a member of the Executive Team: Participates and contributes to the development and refinement of the vision and strategy for the company Power Projects, and contributes to the overall process of management and corporate decision making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long term profitability and returns to its shareholders. Develops Communication plans and programs (i.e. Public Relations and Marketing Communication). Develops and gains agreement to the annual operating budget for the Corporate Communication function. Monitors expenditure against approved levels. Effective financial provisions for Corporate Communication activities. Performance standards match or exceed established criteria. Develops and maintains Communication programs that bolster the companies image with stakeholders and the public at large and delivers a consistent message of professionalism. Provides expert Communication advice and services to the organisation and undertakes special assignments in order to establish and protect the company's positioning and exposure in the marketplace. Value of Communication and PR advice is recognized and effective relations with various public and private sector entities to ensure their continued support of the companies programs and operations. Establish regional and international pertinent contacts to promote the company and develop its image and that of the Kingdom as an attractive investment partner and location.
