Head Chef

A leading retailer is seeking a Head Chef to oversee all food-related operations for a number of key brands in their portfolio. Reporting into the Executive Chef your overall responsibilities will include, supervising the kitchen operations of allocated outlets, controlling food costs, designing new menus on an ongoing basis, ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to, training staff members, controlling and analysing quality levels and cleanliness and sanitation, as well as managing employee and customer satisfaction levels. To be considered for this role, you will have seven or more years of industry experience, a minimum of three years experience as a Head Chef preferably in multiple stand alone food and beverage outlets in the UK and / or UAE. You will also have all the relevant culinary qualifications and have the ability to create innovative menus using fresh produce. http://www.charterhouseme.ae
