A large Multinational Financial Institution is offering an opportunity for a Sales Manager position.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Insurance qualification from a recognized institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills and sales technique
- Ability to develop and deliver innovative ideas
- Team player who can work in a typical matrix organization
- Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure on challenging targets
- 3 years experience in employee benefits with good market knowledge
- Bilingual (Arabic and English)
- Graduate or postgraduate
