CMA CGM Systems, GDC is the centre of excellence in Software Engineering to provide delivery and support for the CMA CGM Group for Information Technology requirements. Job Title: ORACLE DEVELOPER/DATABASE ARCHITECT / Job Code: DBAT02CCS. We are currently looking to recruit a Database Architect. The Database Architect reports to the Delivery Architecture Manager. He/She will act as a Quality Custodian of database changes and contribute to the design validation of the software. Below-mentioned are the details of the requirement: Essential Duties and Responsibilities • 2-8 years of experience in database design and development. • Create and maintain Oracle database physical and logical models designed for performance and meet data modeling best practices. • Should be good in Oracle Forms & Reports. • Strong development experience in SQL and PL/SQL code to manage databases. • Provide assistance in tuning SQL queries and improving database performance for applications within the development environment. • Ability to design scripts using PL/SQL for automation and knowledge of shell scripting would be an added advantage. • Participate in the design, review & documentation of design. • As required, work with application programmers to resolve application issues. • Good understanding of SDLC and analytical ability.
