CHIEF ESTIMATOR
CHIEF ESTIMATOR Required for a leading Construction Company. A leading construction company based in Dubai is currently looking for a Chief Estimator, with a Degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years experience in handling tendering for major residential and commercial projects, able to manage a group of qualified estimators and quantity surveyors on his own. Candidate should have extensive experience in analyzing unit rates and assessing risks and indirect costs related to the projects under tendering. He shall have software knowledge and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate employees working under him.
