EXECUTIVE – AIRPORT CARGO OPERATIONS (FEMALE)
Job description:
• Planning and scheduling deployment at all sites.
• Coordination with senior and junior airport staff.
• Monitoring and updating discrepancy report.
• Holding weekly and monthly meetings with airport staff.
• Regular briefing and follow up with subordinates to ensure smooth operations at the airport sites so that agreed performance levels are met.
• Producing MIS reports.
• Taking disciplinary action as and when needed.
• Conduct welfare activities for staff.
• Plan regular visits to all airport operation sites.
• Update monthly strength and schedule details of all sites within airport for necessary planning and seamless operations.
• Prospecting new business opportunities at the Airport.
• Stabilize operations and deployments.
• Planning and managing necessary training and briefings for
all levels of deployment.
• Plan annual leave schedules and deploy replacements.
Experience: Seven years of Airport Cargo Operations with familiarity as a Load Master
