What do we want in a team member? The purpose is to be an enthusiastic and result-oriented Executive Search – Consultant, experienced in using the head hunting approach to enhance the
careers of candidates and assist our clients in achieving their business results.
You must be sales-driven, target-oriented and passionate for the recruitment
industry. Knowledge of the UAE market and business environment is preferred.
Key Attributes:
- Possessing a strong and confident consultative approach to dealing with clients and candidates.
- Experienced in head hunting, for mid to senior level management projects.
- Strong networking skills and research ability.
- The drive to set challenging standards and goals for yourself.
- Taking complete responsibility for the delivery of results.
- Driven individual with high energy to achieve results!
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in the recruitment industry managing head hunting assignments with proven results.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
- Excellent PC skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Fluency in English is essential.
