An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant Manager with a strong food and beverage background to work within a high quality establishment where service is of the highest level. Your role as Restaurant Manager will be to ensure each guest receives impeccable service with a friendly, professional and welcoming ambience. Using your excellent people management skills, you will motivate, train and develop the restaurant team from Supervisors to floor staff. To be considered for this role, you must be passionate about service and food quality ensuring service levels remain high at all times. You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be tactful when dealing with customers, clients and staff. You should be a quick thinker and have the ability to stay calm in a crisis.
